China Jinshan Associated Trading Corporation (CJATC) ,integrating trade with industry,was jointly established in October 1981 by Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Ltd.,China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation and Shanghai Overseas Enterprises Corporation. And Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Compang Ltd has become the holding compang of the Corporation since 1994.

CJATC undertakes import and export business of petrochemicals(including fine chemicals,synthetic fibres,plastic),petrochemical derivatives,petrochemical technology, equipments,spare parts,etc.

CJATC also handles the business of joint venture,cooperative production,processing of provided materials and samples,assembling of provided parts, compensation trade,domestic wholesale and retail.
